The QC Department Lead will join the company at a time of exciting growth and opportunity. You will lead the day-to-day production of the final QC department at our Los Angeles workroom. Primary focuses of the role will be department scheduling and productivity, ensuring quality and consistency, and providing technical assistance. In collaboration with the Production Director, you will assist in hiring and training initiatives, productivity metric assessments, and the development of instructional materials. You have strong technical quality assurance and upholstery knowledge, communication skills, and the desire to develop, learn from and lead your team.

PAY RANGE: $72,000 - $85,000
