The Procurement Leader will be an integral part of the behind-the-scenes of creating an exquisite handmade product. From inventory and purchasing to high-level strategic sourcing and leading a team, you will learn the company from bottom up and own an instrumental role in moving the vision forward.
In this leadership role, you will collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to develop vision and strategies in order to fortify and scale our production process. You will be a key player in supporting production through forging new vendor relationships and nurturing existing vendor relationships. You will have a keen ability to identify what partnerships are worth pursuing along which partnerships are worth dropping. You will also have the experience and foresight to identify and address needs before they become issues.
