The Frame Operations Leader will join the company at a time of exponential growth. You will collaborate closely with the Product Design and Development and Senior Leadership Teams to scale frame production. This role will involve identifying opportunities, determining high-level strategies, and effectively implementing solutions. Some of your responsibilities will include planning budgets and schedules, purchasing machinery, expanding vendor partnerships and exploring new technologies. You come with woodworking and manufacturing experience as well as the desire to develop and lead a team. In short, you will be presented with opportunities to seek great outcomes with a team that values collaboration and innovation.
