The Product Development Lead will work with the Product Design and Development team to realize and refine new and existing products. Curiosity and exploration will be key in your ability to successfully thrive in this position to both uncover opportunities and the means by which to seize them. At the core of everything you do should be the never-ending question, “why?”
You should have practical experience with the engineering and manufacturing of furniture or a related product in order to comfortably answer design questions as they relate to the production process. At the end of the day, what is possible and how to achieve it is your forte.
