The Product Design Lead will work directly with the Director of Product Design and Development to help guide the design process of new products. You should have the language to talk about furniture design as it relates to context and form, as well as the design industry at large. You should also have an understanding of the design process to successfully ideate and bring new products to market.
While you will be a part of and work with the Product Development team throughout the entire design process to flesh out engineering and manufacturing details, you should come in with some knowledge of how furniture is produced.
