We are currently seeking an extraordinary Office Coordinator to join our growing workroom team. This individual is enthusiastic, detail-oriented and possesses a strong work ethic. Oversee general office administrative duties including phones, mail/shipments, greeting visitors, calendar scheduling etc.
Manage vendor purchase orders including order placement, timeline, reworks, invoicing and overall vendor relations
Monitor and order workroom, office and kitchen supplies and materials
Maintain a clean, organized and operating office and workroom environment
Prepare and distribute purchase orders and reports to production floor
Develop office processes and systems to elevate efficiency
Assist production and office teams as needed to maintain smooth operations and flawless execution of product
File and organize purchase orders, records, invoices and other important documentation
Assist with light bookkeeping and HR needs

Computer literate, proficiency inMSOffice andQuickbooks a plus
2+years experience an office and/or productionenvironment
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
